The website www.hotel-bavaria.ro is a commercial website, owned by SC Bavaria Turism SRL, which allows room reservations to be made at Hotel Bavaria, owned by SC Bavaria Turism SRL. Use, including visiting and purchasing tourist services from the www.hotel-bavaria.ro website, implies acceptance of the terms and conditions detailed in the following paragraphs

Our desire is to provide you with an unforgettable experience in Hotel Bavaria by establishing a series of rules that we respectfully ask you to take into account.

Arrival and departure:
- check-in starts at 2:00 p.m.
- rooms are released by 12:00.
- at the request of customers and when the hotel has spaces, according to international practice, special rates can be applied for staying in the room after 12.00 as follows:
1. luggage can be kept at the luggage room free of charge for 24 hours.

Accommodation:

Accommodation of each person is done by completing the arrival notification form based on the identity document.

The accommodation of children up to 7 years of age will be free of charge, for children between 7-12 years of age 50% of the value of a bed called supplement with or without the provision of an extra bed in the room will be charged, and for children over 12 years of age charge the normal rate.

Booking:
To make a reservation, fill out the form or contact the reservation service by phone or e-mail

Reservation cancellation:
Any cancellation of the reservation will be done by contacting the reservations service.

No penalties will be applied if the cancellation of the reservation is made at least 24 hours before and only if no fiscal documents (invoice) have been issued.

Rates:
They differ depending on the type of room chosen and the number of people.

Payment methods:
Cash payment (RON) or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express) are accepted at the reception, payment will be made at check-in. Online with bank card (Visa/Maestro/Mastercard).

If you have chosen the payment method "Online by bank card" it is necessary to fill in a form with the information about your card on the secure page of the payment processor.
- Payments with credit/debit cards issued under the Visa and MasterCard logo (Visa/Visa Electron and MasterCard/Maestro) are made through the "3-D Secure" system developed by organizations that ensure online transactions the same level of security as those made at the ATM or in the physical environment, at the merchant.
- "3-D Secure" primarily ensures that no information related to your card is transferred or stored, at any time, on the store's servers or on the servers of the payment processor, these data being directly entered into the Visa systems and MasterCard. If the customer has paid the price of the reserved room and has been sent the tax invoice, the amount paid is non-refundable regardless of whether or not the customer has canceled the reservation in time.

Restaurant and bar operating schedule:
Breakfast is served daily between 07:00 and 10:00 A.M., Saturday and Sunday between 08:00 and 10:00 A.M. In the restaurant located on the ground floor of the hotel, we are waiting for you every day between 07:00 and 24:00.

Smoking:
Within the hotel, there are rooms intended for both non-smokers and smokers, and there are specially arranged seats in the restaurant and public spaces.

Security:
The hotel and public spaces are monitored by video system. We do not accept responsibility for forgotten, lost or allegedly stolen items in the hotel, conference rooms, restaurants and bar areas

Parking space and cars:
The hotel unit benefits from parking and provides car security (we suggest avoiding leaving objects in plain view).

Special needs:
We want to ensure the best conditions for people with special needs. The vast majority of spaces in our hotel are also accessible to people with disabilities.

Animals:
The general rule is that people accompanied by animals and birds are not allowed to stay in the hotel. In exceptional cases and only with the agreement of the hotel, accommodation will be made by presenting the national / international health certificate (including vaccinations) upon arrival at the hotel. The payment fee represents 50% of the amount collected for one person.

Visitors:
You can receive visitors in your room between 08:00 and 22:00, without additional costs, if you receive guests between 22:00 and 08:00 they will have to pay the difference in the rate and stay
